I’m Amir Hossein Kousheshfard — a digital engineer with a deep industrial background
My career began on factory floors, working hands-on with real machines, sensors, and production lines. Over more than 15 years, I’ve grown from technical execution into system design, R&D leadership, and technical architecture — always focused on building systems that are clear, reliable, and scalable
My journey in industrial automation didn’t start behind a desk — it started beside running machines
I worked extensively with industrial printing and marking systems, integrating hardware, calibrating precision components, and understanding how timing, wiring quality, and control logic directly affect real-world performance
As pharmaceutical serialization and Track & Trace systems were introduced, I became deeply involved in connecting physical devices to software backbones. This experience opened the door to PLC programming, industrial communication, and full automation system design
Over time, my role evolved from hands-on technician to system architect and R&D leader
I began focusing not only on how systems work, but on how they are designed, documented, standardized, and communicated. From control panels and PLC logic to machine vision systems and motion control, my work increasingly centered on building technical systems that can be clearly understood, maintained, and scaled
This mindset naturally led me toward digital engineering — translating complex industrial systems into structured, trustworthy digital representations that support decision-making, collaboration, and long-term growth
