Overview
Motion control is the core intelligence behind modern industrial automation — where precision, timing, and synchronization converge.
In pharmaceutical packaging, it ensures that every movement — labeling, cutting, product rejection, inspection — happens with microsecond accuracy and perfect coordination between servo motors, drives, and sensors.
Unlike simple start/stop control, motion control creates dynamic harmony between mechanical and electrical subsystems, transforming traditional machinery into intelligent, responsive production units.
System Architecture
Each motion control solution I’ve developed is a combination of:
Servo motors and drives (primarily LS, Delta, and SEW)
PLC-based command logic (FATEK) with real-time feedback
High-speed counters (HSC) and pulse train synchronization
Modular I/O networks for scalable multi-axis control
All electrical designs are engineered in EPLAN, ensuring structured wiring, simplified diagnostics, and seamless integration with vision and serialization systems.
Applications in Pharmaceutical Packaging
Labeling Machines: Precise servo-based label feed and cutting control.
Checkweighers: Coordinated servo reject action synchronized with load-cell data.
Serialization Systems: Motion-linked printing and scanning with product tracking.

My Role & Engineering Philosophy
As an electrical engineer and automation specialist, I have designed and implemented motion control systems that merge mechanical intuition with electrical intelligence.
From programming PLC routines to calibrating servo parameters on-site, I focus on turning mechanical assemblies into smart, coordinated systems that think and move as one.
