From Integration to Intelligence
Industrial vision system development
My journey with industrial vision systems started from the electrical side — designing and building the control panels, wiring sensors, and integrating the signal flow between PLC, camera triggers, and reject mechanisms
In those projects, the vision algorithms and inspection software were developed by our software team, and I worked closely with them to synchronize the hardware layer and ensure stable communication and timing
That collaboration gave me a deep understanding of how lighting, camera triggering, and mechanical stability affect image quality — and how control logic directly defines inspection accuracy
Now, I’m taking the next step: expanding my knowledge into machine vision programming itself
I’ve started learning HALCON and plan to build a bridge between industrial vision software and PLC-based automation — combining image analysis with real-time machine control
Currently, I’m working on a vision setup for a beverage production line, analyzing bottle printing quality, cap sealing, and liquid level detection — a practical foundation for future intelligent inspection systems

My Vision
