My Background in Industrial Printing Systems

For over 15 years, I have been working in the field of industrial printing and packaging automation, starting my career with HSA Systems Denmark, where I still work today. The company is the official representative of HSA in Iran, and my journey with them shaped my entire technical foundation

From the beginning of my career, I was responsible for the installation, calibration, and commissioning of HSA TIJ (Thermal Inkjet) printers across various production lines — including egg packaging, food, detergent, and carton printing industries
Through these projects, I gained hands-on experience with different mechanical setups, product materials, and challenging production environments

One of my major early projects involved installing a 24-head TIJ system in a security printing facility for banknotes and checks — a technically complex setup requiring high precision and perfect synchronization between multiple printheads

Later, when the Iranian Track & Trace (serialization) project was introduced, I played an active role in linking industrial printers to serialization and coding software, ensuring proper data exchange, verification, and synchronization across production lines
This step marked the beginning of my transition into the world of industrial automation, where electrical design, PLC integration, and system control became my main focus

Today, my expertise bridges both domains — printing technology and automation control — allowing me to design, integrate, and optimize complete coding and marking systems that meet modern industrial and pharmaceutical standards
