After years of designing and commissioning control panels for industrial lines, I’ve come to see overhaul work as a bridge between the old and the new, between legacy systems and intelligent automation
My plan for the future is to transform the overhaul process into something more structured, data-driven, and predictive — a process that doesn’t just repair but redefines how machines evolve
Current Approach
Right now, my overhaul work focuses on
Replacing outdated wiring, relays, and drives with modern PLC-based systems
Converting relay logic to modular programmable control
Updating HMI panels, adding diagnostics and interlocks
Improving safety circuits and energy efficiency
Documenting every retrofit for traceability and future upgrades
Future Development Plans
Creating a standard overhaul framework — from electrical assessment to final testing
Developing universal retrofit templates for common industrial machines
Using condition monitoring and predictive analytics to identify failures before they happen
Introducing remote diagnostic panels with data logging and alarm history
Building a knowledge base from every overhaul project to shorten lead time and improve reliability
